How do I make a purchase through the web?

Select the products you want to buy and add them to the shopping cart. To finish, you only have to enter your personal information and shipping information. Likewise, you must select the delivery method.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout of the purchase. Some products have free shipping.

What payment methods can I use on the website?

You can make the payment from the website or by bank transfer. Choose the payment option before completing the purchase. The payment methods through our payment gateway on the web are via Mercado Pago: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, PagoEfectivo and American Express.

In the event that Mercado Pago rejects your card, check that:

• The card is not expired.
• The card has not expired.
• That your card's credit limit has not been reached.
• The card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
• You have correctly filled out all the necessary fields.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, card details are only entered on a proprietary page of the payment gateway and transmitted in encrypted form. Cirene Beauty will only be aware of the result of the operation. You do not have access to any data on the card used for the purchase.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times are counted from the moment we verify payment for your purchase.

Delivery times are displayed at the time of checkout.

You can track the status of your order by entering your tracking number on the platform of the assigned Courier. We send you this information in detail by email.
