How do I make a purchase?
You can buy from any of our service and sales channels: website and social networks.
How do I make a purchase through the web?
Select the products you want to buy and add them to the shopping cart. To finish, you only have to enter your personal information and shipping information.
What payment methods do you use?
You can pay for your order with credit card, debit card, bank transfer, digital wallets or cash.
On the website, choose the payment option before completing the purchase. The payment methods through our payment gateway on the web are via Mercado Pago: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, PagoEfectivo and American Express.
In the event that Mercado Pago rejects your card, check that:
- The card is not expired.
- The card has not expired.
- That your card's credit limit has not been reached.
- The card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
- You have correctly filled out all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, card details are only entered on a proprietary page of the payment gateway and transmitted in encrypted form. Cirene Beauty will only be aware of the result of the operation. You do not have access to any data on the card used for the purchase.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How do I receive my order?
You can receive it at home or place you indicate.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times are counted from the moment we verify payment for your purchase.
The delivery time is displayed at checkout after adding the products to the cart and specifying the shipping address.
Delivery times for products with international shipping vary between 15 to 20 business days and can reach 30.
You can track the status of your order by entering your tracking number on the platform of the assigned Courier. We send you this information in detail by email when your order has been shipped.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout after adding the products to the cart and specifying the shipping address.
Products with international shipping have free shipping.
How do I track my order?
After having made the payment we will prepare the order and then in the shipping confirmation we will send the tracking number of your order by email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Cirene Beauty sells items in perfect condition. However, if you receive your package or product with any imperfection, we ask that you immediately contact us by sending us an email to info@cirenebeauty.com and we will solve the problem in the shortest possible time.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect product?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not purchased, please contact us immediately by sending us a message to email info@cirenebeauty.com
For what reasons are changes or returns made?
For purchases made on cirenebeauty.com Exchanges or returns can only be made due to errors in shipping products or products damaged in transit during the next 24 hours after receipt of the product.
To make the right to exchange effective, it is essential that the product(s) be in perfect condition. If it is the wrong item or without signs of use, if the product arrived damaged, it is necessary that it has the original packaging and the purchase documents that were sent. by email.
Product changes will be subject to existing stock. If there is no stock, we will proceed with the money refund. The change process can only be carried out once. An exchange cannot be managed in a second instance and no money will be refunded.
At the time of product pick-up, the packaging must be delivered to the Courier completely sealed and packed (as it was delivered).
Customers who paid an initial shipping cost and those who did not pay will not be exposed to another shipping charge in cases of exchanges and returns due to error in shipping products or products damaged in transit.
All products undergo strict quality control before being shipped in order to detect possible damage or defects.
