You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase, at most, the next business day after placing your order. If you do not receive the confirmation email within that period, please contact us.
Delivery times for made-to-order products are 15 to 20 business days and can reach 30.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can use the following payment methods through our Mercado Pago payment gateway: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
In the event that Mercado Pago rejects your card, check that:
- The card is not expired.
- The card has not expired.
- That your card's credit limit has not been reached.
- The card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
- You have correctly filled out all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, card details are only entered on a proprietary page of the payment gateway and transmitted in encrypted form. Cirene Beauty will only be aware of the result of the operation. You do not have access to any data on the card used for the purchase.
ORDERS AND PRODUCTS
What should I do if I receive a defective item? Cirene Beauty sells items in perfect condition. However, if you receive your package or product with any imperfection, we ask that you immediately contact us by sending us a message to the e-mail info@cirenebeauty.com
What should I do if I receive an incorrect product?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not purchased, please contact us immediately by sending us a message to the email info@cirenebeauty.com

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For purchases made on cirenebeauty.com Exchanges or returns can only be made due to errors in shipping products or products damaged in transit during the next 24 hours after receipt of the product.
To make the right to exchange effective, it is essential that the product(s) be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, have the original packaging and the documents with which it was delivered.
Product changes will be subject to existing stock and an evaluation within a maximum period of 7 business days. If the product is not in stock, you may choose another product of equal value, greater value (you assuming the difference), or lower value (there will be no return or balance in favor).
At the time of product pick-up, the packaging must be delivered to the Courier completely sealed and packed (as it was delivered).
The change process can only be carried out once. An exchange cannot be managed in a second instance and no money will be refunded.
Customers who paid an initial shipping cost and those who did not pay will not be exposed to another shipping charge in cases of exchanges and returns due to error in shipping products or products damaged in transit.
All products undergo strict quality control before being shipped in order to detect possible damage or defects.
